Orders processed here generally take 2-5 business days to ship. Some orders may be delayed due to COVID-19. Shipment details will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email. We are not responsible for the customs duty for international orders.

  • Within 10 days of delivery, we are happy to exchange unworn and unwashed merchandise with all tags attached and in the original packaging
  • Send an email to with your 1) Name 2) Contact Information 3) Order Information to start the exchange process
  • Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to exchange items and duty reimbursement in the case of international orders
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

If more than 10 days have passed since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot honor an exchange.

We do not issue refunds on orders unless defective or damaged, which is handled on a case by case basis. We hold the right to deny exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet policy standards.
